After reading other reviews on this page stating you must make sure your accounts are linked together before purchasing, I made sure i followed those instructions, and what do you know, still did not receive the sub time.

There is no customer support for anyone who is not considered a subscriber.
Its almost a genius racket, to take your money without giving the product and then state you can only receive help
if you're a subscriber. Evil.

Anyway, $16 lesson on who not to do business with.


EDIT 11/8: I should have edited sooner, but i did eventually receive help for this issue.
I called their support line which has different hours then the hours actually posted on their website, it was a hassle. a 3rd party support line answered and was able to correct the issue.

I suspect there was a data breach or some sort of info leak, as a massive amount of people are required to change their EA.com account password in order to process transactions on their Star Wars The Old Republic account. or perhaps a security upgrade, im not a web dev so idk what the f im talking about. anyway change your password on your EA account that is linked to your swtor account that should ALSO be linked to your steam and you should be good to go. good luck.
