Oh, secondly by the way, since Steam security is really compromised, kinda messed up yes, I no longer accept friend request from level 0 - 10 profile especially the one that has less than 25 games on their account. Why? Because 90% of these kind of profiles and accounts are hijacked already and are spreading the hijackers will to steam even more accounts.
