Have waited more than a year after playing the demo to finally get my hands on a more extensive version and it does not disappoint! Be it the freedom of construction and building the villages as I see fit or the details that go into every little part of the game, everything it does makes it more immersive. More games should take notes from this!
Even the rather rudimentary combat feels more impactful because it is the people that keep your village going that now have to fight for survival.

The game is currently in early access and definitely has some bugs and glitches that need fixing but it is already more playable than the average AAAA release. Can't wait what the future has in store for us!

I am 7 hours in so far and the game has been a blast! Big fan of Tower defense games and this game is quite addicting. Love the ability to automate resource production, it's like two games combined into one. So if you are a fan of factorio definitely also give it a go!
Devs seem very dedicated, reported a bug and immediately got a response and a bug fix done in no time. Game is in its early stages but looks very promising.

One of the best games i played in recent years! I recently got really into turn based games with Battle Brothers and this game hits the spot with the whole ancient roman era being my favourite.
The story is well done, your decisions have consequences and motivate one to replay the game differently. The battles are great, customization is pretty good, some items are being reworked because stats arent on par with the rarity of items but other than that the game is amazing.

Got some friends to play it and they all loved it. Just finished my first full run on hard/ironman and about to give it another go!

Great game, art was something that kept me from trying it but i can only encourage everyone to give it a go. If you like autobattlers, this is gonna be right up your alley. For everyone else, just give it a go, you will love it!

One of the best games I played in the last few years. Don't let the simple graphic makeup scare you. This games depth is amazing, more than two dozen different character backgrounds, with equally many different traits they can come with, each triggering different events over time, events triggered by certain backgrounds and situations really make this world feel alive and every playthrough different. Maps change with every play through, nothing is the same, and this game is very difficult. Even beginner difficulty will have you struggle at first.
If there was one game I would recommend to everyone I know (already did) it would be this game.
