a successful launch, in terms of players, should not be a reason for people to avoid the game.

other than that, great game!
also, there are a lot of lies being spread about the TOS. ignore those. the TOS is industry standard and devs wont collect any data that you don't give them on your own accord. as in, if you give info to the devs, they are allowed to keep it. just like any other website, service or game where you have to make an account.

Some of, if not THE worst game from a bigger studio I've played in years.

The story gets cluttered within an hour, the voice acting is all over the place. Not to mention the characters you'll encounter who 9 out of 10 times can only be described with the word "cringe". The lead character designer must have sat everyone down and said "You guys know whats really cool? Swearing!"

Combat feels like trash because you run out of stamina before you can kill a single enemy, so you run around doing poorly written, repetitive side quest in order to level up your stamina, but then your weapon breaks, so you have to go fins a decent one and once you've done that, you get capped because you haven't had time to get combat points so you can unlock the most basic things like heavy attacks.

On top of that, the distance you need between you and an enemy feels so off, but only when you attack, the enemies on the other hand seem to be able to hit you outside that area no problem. At night you have to avoid "howlers", enemies who will alert everybody in the area. And you'll find those on any single corner so good luck trying to do a mission without having to deal with the "chase" mechanic that will trigger as soon as they spot you.

Avoid this game like the plauge. Don't wait for a sale, just ignore it and save yourself both time and money.
