Being originally from Texas, this salsa makes the Midwest bearable. My wife and I can make our own roasted salsa but it takes hours, and this is equally as good-- restaurant quality in fact. Now if they make a decent red salsa, we'll be in Mexican Food heaven :-) Great with chips or over tamales (the frozen ones aren't bad, especially if you throw them in the oven or toaster oven).
