After investing a significant amount of time in this game, I can confidently say that its quality has been steadily declining since 2020. Sadly, it has reached a point where it's almost unplayable. While I won’t delve into updates I personally dislike—since those are subjective—the game's biggest issue is undeniably the rampant cheating problem.

The developers seem uninterested in addressing this major flaw. For years now, their focus has been on maximizing profits through paid DLCs and cosmetic skins, while neglecting the core gameplay experience. The sheer number of cheaters has made the game frustrating for long-time players and nearly impossible for newcomers to enjoy.

If you're considering buying this game, I strongly advise against it. Its golden era is long gone, and the current state of the game leaves much to be desired. Until the cheating issue is seriously addressed, it’s hard to recommend this title to anyone.

After observing the updates the developers have released since I originally wrote this review, I can confidently say that my frustration with the game has only grown. It’s become increasingly clear to me that they’ve run out of meaningful ideas and are now flooding the game with content that feels rushed and poorly thought out.

Earlier, I mentioned that I personally dislike some of the updates acknowledging that such opinions can be subjective but after witnessing additions like the so-called Medieval Update or Jungle Update, I felt compelled to revise my review. In my opinion, the game’s quality is only going to continue declining from here.

When they introduced the “new recoil update” and drastically altered core gameplay mechanics, I was initially disheartened. Some argued it was a necessary change, claiming that the old recoil system unfairly favored veteran players and made the game hard to learn for newcomers. However, after closely following every update since then, I can confidently say that the developers have completely ruined the game. It's so far from what it used to be, it's sad.

What was once something original and truly one of a kind has now devolved into yet another Fortnite style title constantly chasing trends, overhauling gameplay every month, and doing whatever it takes to attract new buyers. It’s obvious they’ve chosen profit over integrity, sacrificing what was once one of the best multiplayer games in its genre.

The overwhelming volume of new content has also made proper balancing nearly impossible. It’s difficult for themto keep up, and as a result, the skill factor that once defined the game is being gradually eliminated. The game is just lame.
