Absolutely perfect sequel to a fantastic game. Incredible transition from 2D to 3D with fantastic music and artstyle while still maintaining the incredible roguelike gameplay from the first game.
As a huge fan of roguelikes, I'd have to say Risk of Rain 2 is one of my favorite rougelikes on steam as of writing this and easily one of the best coop roguelikes by far.
The devs have done a fantastic job listening to the community and supporting the game over the last 2 years and I'm eager to see how the expansions might add to the game going forward.
Additionally, the modding community is quite extensive and it's very simple to mod the game to better fit your preferences or even add additional content for more replayability.
If you like roguelikes, especially if you have friends who would play with you, this game is well worth $25 USD not including sales. Easiest recommend of my life.

Insanely good, 10/10 game. Be careful though. massive spoilers out there for this game, try to go in ass blind as possible.

BOMBERMAN WAS THE FIRST BATTLEROYAL GAME. THIS GAME SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO EXIST. NINTENDO NEEDS TO DEFEND THEIR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

TF2 WAS THE FIRST GAME TO HAVE LOOT BOXES VALVE SHOULD SUE.

glitchy, poorly optimized. Developer would rather spend time developing cosmetics and micro-transactions then working on the actual game.
