The developers choose to balance this game as if it were a bad thing to destroy the enemies with varied and fun builds. Instead of balancing things to be equally good, they nerf things to be equally bad. Which might sound like the same thing, but it's a completely different philosophy. I understand they want the feeling of a struggle against an impossible enemy, but that can be done without making everything feel horrible to use.

Game ruined post launch by poor decisions. New DRM obliterates desktop CPUs and breaks Steam-Deck compatibility.Even if the Steam Deck is fixed, avoid until the new DRM is removed.

♥♥♥♥ QuantumTV, this ♥♥♥♥ is a good game.

The game isn't in the best state at the moment, but overlooking that the game is a treasure. You can see the devs actively working to fix their, ahem, problems, so with that in mind I think this wouldn't be a bad buy. Just don't get invested in any one zoo until the corruption issues are fixed.
