A nice physics-based fighting game. I would highly recommend watching the dev's tutorial on it before playing, it helped me understand the physics much better.

Really good use of the Paragon assets. Looking forward to more content such as ranked, challenges, and the store (added). Combat and movement feel really good, can't wait to see what the future holds for Predecessor.

Update Dec 6, 2023: Up to 60k players on the PS console are now in queues, due to the closed PS beta, with steam users as well as Epic users. This has been an invaluable upgrade to the game, whose main problem was low player base leading to unfair or repetitive games. Games have felt much more balanced and fun with a healthy player-count.
Definitely worth hopping back in, or trying out for the first time.

Top tier

If you are expecting a AAA game, prepare to be disappointed. If you want a fun, unrealistic shooter that is free-to-play this game is great. This game has a premium currency that can be exchanged for almost everything in the game. If you think this makes the game pay-to-win you are mistaken. If a new player spent hundreds of dollars getting the "best stuff" in the game, they would still get clapped by anyone with the slightest level of experience. Of course they would have a leg up over other new players but who cares, they wasted a bunch of money like a clown... This game is almost a decade old and I would still rather play it than 2042, Vanguard, or tons of other new AAA titles, therefore, it's pretty easy to recommend this game.

Fun game with plenty of replay-ability. Quick and easy to get the hang of.

Quite an amazing game, much better with the DLCs but playable without.

Not worth 30$, it'd be an ok 5$ game.

Really fun game, challenging AI, rewarding exploration, nice blueprint system, to me it feels less flashy than most new games right now, but for me that's a plus since I can tell they focused on the gameplay more, for example, sometimes an animation or two will be behind, but the action will always go through as expected. Solid game, can't wait to see what's to come.

Literally could have been one of the best games of all time until they f***ing ruined it.

Note to self, do not build awesome vehicle then take off driver's seat. RIP Bob the best vehicle I ever built. Does have some crashing issues, but it is only 10 days old.
