Without some tweaks to some settings, you could get pretty bad performance dips.
Since it's going to get updated over time, it'll hopefully improve also like the first game over time. Once they get the groundwork for mods going, then we could probably get even more fun tools.
If you like the city building/sim games, it's pretty fun like its predecessor with a dash of realism and more micromanagement.

Risk of Rain 2 has a good loot n' shoot core game play mechanic which scratches my itch to hoard items and the levels of difficulty increases as in-game time progresses so there's always challenge. Even more fun with friends.

If you have the hardware, it's probably the first VR games you might want to end up getting. The BeatSaver mod makes it even better and allows you to download custom made songs in-game! Also great for the workouts when you go marathoning an hour in game lol

Great, relaxing, time waster. I like most of the DLCs they put out, especially when they add more content to mess around with. It can get pretty addicting if you're into simulations.
