Early Access Review
I wanted to get back into this game after a hiatus, but hearing the devs have changed and the current devs are trying to turn a hardcore tactical shooter into another Call of Duty clone kinda ruined the mood and crushed any hopes of me returning to this game anytime soon.

I played this because it was a hardcore shooter. I didn't play this for Call of Duty shenanigans.

I'm sorry, Wendy. You may be the queen, but Colonel Sanders is my daddy.

Die hard Rooster Teeth fanboy here.

This is a fun game, but there's a severe lack of players. With all the money Rooster Teeth makes off their videos, their merchandise, and so forth, they really should've advertise this game better.

I use this to read chat whenever I livestream. It works to an extent, but if the VR game I'm playing crashes, this will seem to stop giving me the updated browser source.

Every outfit, accessory, and weapon this DLC offers is in the Weapon Shop for 100 each. The only thing missing is Cait Sith F [Sinon ALO Outfit Set]. All weapons [Gold and Silver Gun Sets, Guitar Rocket Launcher, Kagemitsu Set, LLENN's Special Weapon, GGO Hero in the Making Weapon Set] are common rarity items. They aren't much use to veteran players, but they are some pretty excellent newbie weapons.

If you already own the game and the season pass, save yourself some money. Buy the Complete Edition bundle to save yourself a few dollars on this DLC, instead of spending $20.

If you don't own the game and it's your first time playing SAOFB, this DLC's questline (as well as all the previous DLCs' questline) will unlock after reaching the Forgotten Woods.

SEIZURE WARNING!!!

During some parts of the game, some weird graphical bug occurs that causes the screen to flash red and blue. If you are prone to seizures, STAY AWAY!

This is on a GTX 1070 FE, by the way.

Classic game. If you haven't played GTA1 in forever, though, prepare to be kicked in the balls. You may think you're going back to play this for the nostalgia, but you're gonna quickly remember the terrible controls and the vomit inducing camera that constantly zooms in and out.

I love the Monster Hunter series, and there was so much potential for the PC version of Monster Hunter: World, but Capcom has failed to include some of the most basic features and customization options you'd usually find in a game's settings on PC.

Unlike Square-Enix, who saw the problems with their PC ports and came around with a masterfully done port of Final Fantasy XV, Capcom is one of the few Japanese developers who still haven't figured out what exactly PC players are looking for in their games.

As of this time, until Capcom addresses many of the issues in the PC port, I cannot recommend this game.

UPDATE:

It's been slow, but Capcom has slowly improved the PC port of Monster Hunter: World. Many of the Day One issues were addressed, so yea. This is a great time to pick up MHW now.

I have a tendency to hop between MMOs, and a lot of them have the same standard "kill X, talk to Y, activate Z" quests. But the Secret World, however, has a unique (and pretty refreshing) take on questing. Sure, there's still a lot of "kill X, talk to Y, activate Z" quests, but the Secret World also goes a little extra. Some quests require you to use emote commands or purposely kill yourself to continue. Other quests are actually ARGs because they make you browse real life social media websites for clues and answers.

All in all, a majority of the quests in this game play similarly to a detective game, and if you plan to solve them yourself without resorting to guides posted on IGN or the Secret World Wiki, you may want to keep pen and paper nearby because you are definitely going to be taking a lot of notes.
