Great game, lets you build PCs and use modern components.
Pro tip for this game: Don't be afraid to go into debt, you start with a limit of $-1,000 and going into debt to knock out a lot of jobs in a row nets more money in the long run

Early Access Review
One of the best early access games out currently
In the current early access landscape, games usually consist of excessive bugs, lack of content and overall lack luster experience at a discounted price to the full release content. I can say with great confidence that this game has none of those issues.

Bugs
This game isn't perfect, there are bugs but they are far and few between. I've glitched through platforms, seen conveyance/train rails pass though the environment where it shouldn't be able to and funny ragdoll physics at the most awkward of times. However, none of these bugs critically hurt the experience and I hardly notice them obstructing the gameplay experience.

Content
The greater majority of the content comes from two major sources. First off is the gadgets you unlock in this game unlock greater mobility/combat ability/aesthetics. The second major source of content is further part development and automation. This game's vocal point is automating everything to make more and more complex parts with more complex processes. If you've played Factorio before, you'll love this game. I'm 132 hours into the game, and I can say it's never been so satisfying to tear everything apart and rebuild it when you understand the game more just to get a 10% improvement in.

Misc.
At it's current price, this game is a steal! You get an amazing game with plenty of content to tide you over while further development is done. If there isn't fast enough updates, this game already has a modding scene developing with plenty of tools to help you maximize your automating needs on a community website [satisfactory-calculator.com] . (Although I would recommend not using these tools starting out to get the most clean experience, it makes finding those pure ore veins or new terrain an enjoyable experience)
Automation is extremely easy in this game due to all of the values given to you. Consumption rate for items/electricity, output rates, min/max item throughput. Mix this with the plethora of community guides on Youtube for maxing out throughput and you have a recipe for a game that has amazing dev/community backing to keep the longevity of this game going.
Performance is pretty solid, I'm rocking a Ryzen 5 2600 with a GTX 1060 and I can easily hit 60 FPS at max settings. It does tend to drop once your factory gains complexity, but it doesn't get to an unplayable state.

TL;DR
If automation is your thing, you won't regret getting this game.

It's a basic DLC, it adds in some decorative blocks and cockpits. That's it. I completely love the price of this. They could have charged any amount, but for $3.99 it's hard to beat. It isn't necessary to enjoy the game, but it adds to it. That's how DLC should be, this is how it should be priced. Defiantly worth picking up if you want to support the devs or if you want to get some cool additional blocks.

This game.. I honestly was not interested when I saw the trailer, I mean, this isn't a fast shooter, this isn't even a regular brawler. That said, The mechanics of this game are extremely simple at it's core. It allows new people to easily pick it up and for players that have played a longer amount of time to master their skills.

The in game currency, steel, is somewhat easily obtainable, so you can easily unlock every character in the game. When you choose a faction to fight for, it's permanent, but you can still play ANY class you want from all three factions.

This game has TONS of amazing features and almost everything is well executed. However, there is one main concern that makes this game imperfect. The menus are hard to understand and navigate at first. It's hard to know what key will do what to your menu without playing around for a bit with it.

The other issue is if you are in a 4v4 match, there is little balance to stop ANYONE from running away into another battle with two other people and ending the game quickly. It's hard to combat two people at the same time, although I do not know the solution to this problem.

On a side note:
I HOPE DEARLY that Ubisoft won't botch this launch. I really really like this game, but I will do what ANY ETHICAL GAMER WILL DO AND I WILL NOT PRE-ORDER NO MATTER HOW WELL THIS IS ALREADY RUNNING. This game is amazing and if Ubisoft drops the ball or makes launch amazing, I will update this review.

This game... what is there to say that hasn't been already said?
It has automation, a topdown view, basic pixilated graphics that fit the aesthetic. It has modding support, built in disabling of mods, so you don't have to mess around with the files, you can utilize them if you want to or not. It can be run off slower computers and it offers replay value with MANY ways to go about completing tasks. I have already done 38 hours, which I know isn't much compared to the rest of the community, but it is obvious that this game is worth the cheap price tag that it has now.

Factorio for $20 is a steal at the moment, giving plenty of ways to play with friends or go crazy in single player.

That said, I have a few notes for the devs to look at:
  • Multiplayer should be a tad bit easier to set up, for steam, you should be able to connect to each other through the friend's list(Although, I understand it's hard to do because those who got it on the website don't have that option)
  • Make research that allows for faster hand crafting
  • Make some kind of ingame documentation, so player can see info without having to look it up
  • Space options with the rocket, not just sending it up there
  • A better end game reward(fun stuff to play around with when you get to the later stages of the game)
  • There needs to be someway to do something over the water, water seems to only block the potential that large factories can have

I can't think of anything else at the moment. The game is so well built that it's mostly picky things that need to be added. Even without those additions at all, the game shows promise and a great growth potential.

Side notes:
I encourage anyone who likes planning, or anyone that likes automation, to get this game because it demands automation and skilled planning. At least, organization; without it, your base looks messy and doesn't function too well

I have played tons of games on robocraft. I have played this game since it was awarded indie game of the year, and might I say props to you for accomplishing that. That said, there are a few things that need to be taken into account:

Balance:
The game is EXTREMELY unbalanced, the auto lock on missiles are very hard to dodge and are expensive(more on this later) and now the timer has been dropped from taking 2.5 seconds to lock on, to 2 seconds. Not only is this devastating but the main weapons of the game: plasma cannons, and plasma lasers have taken some nerfs. Lasers have reduced fire rate and plasma cannons increase power consumption. This creates a huge divide from the premium users that paid money to get the missiles easily and the basic players who can only afford one laser of a high tier.

End game rewards (and money issues in general):
I consider myself to not be at the end game, but close to it. My weapons have gotten quite expensive as of late. To list off a few:
  • Top laser disintegrator: 959,549
  • Plasma devastator: 1,107,169
  • Disc Shield: 10,876,430
  • Blink Module: 10,507,740
  • Aeroflak Cannon: 11,071,688
  • Lock-on Missile Launcher: 10,149,047
Now, this list wouldn’t be too bad, if the payoff was about 60,000~, 80,000~ with premium users in the game. Now, understandably it is frustrating that the most I can get in a game is 110,000~ with a first win of the day bonus and premium users. So, all in all you are required to play approximately 126.86~ games to acquire 1 lock-on missile launcher, let me emphasis this ONE LOCK-ON MISSILE LAUNCHER, and in order to be any use to your team, you’re going to want to pack at least 2 of them, making the amount of games you need to play skyrocket to 252~. This is unbelievable and give NO incentive whatsoever to grind out the game for the RP.
I can hear it now, how can I play this game if it takes so long to get something. Easy enough, you just have to pay real life money to obtain all of these weapons, problem solved. For translation it costs you 2,300GC for 1 missile launcher, that would approximate putting $2.50(and a little more to get 50 more GC) and to get two of them you need $5.00 for it. Doesn’t seem like a lot, but this is a “FREE TO PLAY GAME” Why then would you make the game free and then choose to make the game SUCH A HUGE GRIND that you cannot even begin to reach end game content without going past a pay wall or dedicating hours upon hours to a game.
Additional premium content:
On a side note, I have noticed that glass now costs GC to purchase, no RP method. The three principles upon which this game is built upon is “build, drive, fight” can you drive? Yes. Can you fight? Yes, now building on the other hand. Building has been limited in the terms of glass. Glass used to be a fun cool block that you can use in your vehicle to have, which is now gone, banished behind pay wall.
Things they did well at:
  • Fun and amazing gameplay
  • Large variety of game modes to choose from
  • Roboshop to help you get a ship if you suck at creativity
  • Have more than 3 bays for free
  • Testing area
  • Gaining RP for testing your ship against bots (although it is minuscule)
I will update my review as major parts of the game are tweaked, but at the moment if given the chance to rate the game at its current state, I would give it a 4/10. This game is below average, it can perform meh compared to most free-to-play Minecraft cube copy games. However, the game still needs LARGE improvements before it can be considered a game to play.

Best game of the series
Although borderlands the pre-sequel came out and although it hasn't developed many DLC's yet, I find the DLC's for this game are expansive, they add content that is actually worth buying. Something that modern games fail to supply *cough* Star Wars battlefront EA *cough*

Worth it
This game is extremely massive. There are tons of unique items and armor to discover. If you want a certain item you could wiki it and you slowly realize that this game isn't some survival game you can breeze through in a matter of hours. Well worth the price they set it for.

Hint: During the boss fights, potions are extremely helpful

Amazing replay value
This game has been amazing to play. With an amazing modding community and amazing YouTube modding channels. The game with the all of the DLC's is an amazing buy, but then you are also eligible for the spectacular mods that come out for this game.

Easily spent 200+ hours on this game and had fun the whole time
