Launch day: In queue to login for literally 8 hours. As it's approaching my turn to play, the queue aborts with an error. At this point, after restarting the game, it's not even able to authenticate successfully. What a failure of a game launch.

As of today, queues continue to crash repeatedly with "Too many requests exception" errors, some times after several hours in queue. When I try to get back in, it does NOT resume my previous position in queue, and I have to wait for all the people who got in queue after me to either crash or give up, or for a few hundred semi-AFK auto-walkers to get out of the game so I'm allowed to play.

Some times I am able to play with my friends after waiting for around 5 to 7 hours, if we all manage to go through the queue without getting disconnected. The actual game itself is mildly entertaining but definitely not worth the 40€ when you take into account that I'm not able to play it most of the time.

Queue times have gotten a lot better since launch, and this game is actually playable now. The game itself is a pretty solid dark fantasy MMO, it feels actiony and responsive, and to me is visually appealing. It's a sandbox and has a very strong focus on PvP with territory control mechanics (faction v faction v faction). The territory control aspect gives me some strong GW2 WvW vibes, whereas crafting and exploration is reminiscent of Runescape.

It definitely needs some improvements, namely the UI is lacking in some aspects (map filters, auction house interface) and there are still a number of bugs that slipped through. It's also not particularly innovative and uses some elements that have already been used in other games without really improving on them or solving inherent problems.

That said, I think this game shines on being worth more than the sum of its parts, and if you like the idea of a sandbox MMO with faction PvP, and enjoy walking around a lot gathering resources and seeing the sights - this game is for you. Otherwise, I'd pass on it.

Pretty boring after a while. Becomes a bit of a grindfest.
