They backed down from the PSN update. So I can update my review!

It's a good game. Four-player co-op with cool weapons, plenty of build versatility, and an amusing premise that's every bit as satirical as Starship Troopers.

The way missions are structured rewards proper strategy and tactical thinking, but also doesn't punish you too harshly for just rushing into the meat grinder like a bunch of maniacs and throwing out stratagems. You've got reinforcements, after all!
