apparently it always was basically impossible to finish BP by only playing on last week. the amount of time needed to get enough gems from general mission is crazy, I think you just have to do at least half of daily missions from all 12 weeks.

so after all it's really the best to login every day, do dailies every 3-4 days and weekly missions right away when they drop until you get to final tier (with some exceptions, some missions are unnecessary to grind)

fun fact about BH:
IN BP9 all weeklies + bonuses would give you only 63 tiers (INTERESTING)
BP deluxe gives 25 tiers - cost 15$
so basically you either need to play every week or pay if you were to start by the end of BP...
also
non-BP DLC that gives 300MC which is enough for epic skin from shop - 10$

Appreciate the comment. I didn’t have problem with the last 2 season challanges, I was just playing casually and got them all. But in this one I just can’t seem to progress. And I refunded it, but they took all my skins from the game not only the battle pass stuff, so I had to buy it again.
