I want to start by saying that I love this game, but the state of it is horrendous. Bots and cheaters flood servers with nothing being done on Valves end, instead of implementing actual solutions to curb the bots they instead use half measures that only harmed actual f2p users. I understand that it's Valve's MO to have zero communication with the community but it's reached the point where either they need to admit they are done supporting the game or at the very least confirm that they have something in the works. Until the bot issues are solved i really can't say that this game is even a playable product
