It's a fun game with decently lightweight monetization, only normally hampered by Konami's money-driven style of banlist management. If you can stomach that, it's definitely a game worth playing! It's a centralized, accessible simulator with some stylized bells and whistles to offer a fun experience - usually a free slam-dunk for card games.

Edit: I waited for a few cycles of it consistently working to update: Connection issues seem stabilized! So it's officially at downright bare minimum a good time-wasting game with a decent degree of polish, nostalgia, and intro generosity to back it and at best one of the more visually pleasing Yugioh sims out there. Just make sure to become moderately aware of the current state of the game before diving in, because it WILL become aware of you whether you want it to or not.

I'm not normally a big fan of roguelites, and the progression's a little screwy yet, but it's a genuine nice-feeling game that reminds me of all the side-scrollers that filled my childhood days. It's got a ton of potential and just as much promise, so it's worth a grab if you enjoy either of the genres it marries together!
