Just read your post in the "denied refunds" steam discussion. Don't ask me how i ended up there but i am now in the same position as you were and i just wanted to know if there are any news since then as i am now questioning steams refund policy as you probably did.

I saw your post about the refunds and how these trolls keep poking and prodding, trying to get a rise out of you. I've got a simple request for you: just ignore them. These trolls, they're like brick walls. They won't believe facts, they just stick to their own little echo chamber, using all sorts of sneaky and underhanded mind games to try and rile you up. It's like they've got a handbook of psychological tricks, and their favorite seems to be the old switcheroo.

This whole troll situation has been a thorn in our side for years, but it's really hit a fever pitch in 2023-2024. I've decided it's high time to do something about it. I'm not sure what it's going to take or how long it'll take, but I'm committed to making things better. I'll be popping into certain posts now and then, doing my bit to improve the vibe around here.
