With or without friends, this game is worth it. It's a goofy, floppy, messed up physics sim and puzzle game. It takes some skill to master control of your character - especially each arm, which you control individually with each mouse button and mouse clicks - but once you get the hang of it, you can do things that will make gameplay much easier (like scaling walls vertically or horizontally). While the graphics are a bit Gumby-esque, they're charming, and there are definitely some "wow, look at that" moments. The music is also relaxing and there are no enemies to fight, making this a really chill puzzle/exploration game.

When playing with friends, there are many possibilities - you can grab each other and toss each other off cliffs, or help each other up cliffs, or throw things at each other, or drive cars and sail boats together. Solving difficult puzzles and getting through difficult obstacles together is really rewarding. Flopping around together is also funny, in general. Since you can gave up to 8 people in a lobby, this is a great group game. It doesn't require tons of skill, so anyone can enjoy it. If you need skill to have fun, then you can work on mastering character control.

There are lots of official maps and countless player-made maps to explore. Some player-made maps are bad, but there are also great ones out there. A quick Google search for some good maps will give you tons of options. Once in a while a new official map is released, and holiday-themed maps come around during appropriate times of the year. I haven't tried making a map myself, but I imagine that for those interested, that's another fun thing this game offers.

If you like character customization, you can also customize your little dough guy. This includes putting custom images on its skin. There are no items that you collect in the game, though. You complete each map for the sake of completing the map, not to collect any items.

8/10, I take 2 points away because I wish there were many more official maps, and the game errs on the goofier side and I know that won't appeal to everyone. Also there's this annoying mouse takeover that happens when you first open the game. You have to alt-tab into the game to get back control of your mouse. Idk why it happens but the fix is easy enough. Other than that I haven't had many issues with bugs.

Tbh I bought this for the achievements so I could make a fancy Steam profile. The game is actually pretty good, though, for a little puzzler. It's not too hard, but not so simple that it's boring. Watching the little balls fly around is pretty entertaining. There are also some good YouTube guides out there that will help you complete all of the achievements, if you want to go that route. Either way it's worth the ~$1.

7/10ish for the whole experience.

This game just isn't for me, so I'll tell you why, in case you have similar tastes (this is me acknowledging that at its core, the game is good and will appeal to some people).

It's too damn hard! You spend all your time collecting items to craft, collecting food, trying to stay sane, trying to stay warm, and random giant monsters can spawn and just wipe you out any time for no reason at all. I get that you can learn to speed-run things and be efficient to survive the winter, but after 10 hours I've barely even made it to winter. I can barely even explore the map because I'm too busy just trying not to die of hunger. This is a shame because the map is really huge and has a lot of cool things to look at. Mods can probably make the game easier, but why is the base game such a grind?!!

I really wanted to like this game. The art style is super cool, the concept is cool, the abilities of the characters are cool - but Jesus H. Christ, it really feels like a job.

3/10, it's just not for me!

This game is stunning, graphically, and the controls are very smooth and simple. Playing with friends is very fun, and the different characters have unique abilities and talents that make solving puzzles in multiple ways possible. The puzzles overall aren't too difficult (med-easy), but they're fun all the same. Compared to the other games in the Trine series, this is probably the best one.

The last boss is WAY more difficult than anything else, though, and I don't know why. Compared to the other combat encounters, it was extremely difficult, and that didn't necessarily make it fun. It just made it frustrating.

The story is okay. It's not all that engaging, to be honest, but the gameplay and appearance of the levels more than makes up for it anyway.

9/10, last boss sucks, everything else is awesome.

DBD is a good time-waster. It's sort of fun to play with friends, you can customize your character with perks (talents) and items, and there's some skill involved whether you play killer or survivor. However, the game is plagued by some players who give up, don't know what's going on, and troll. The community can be really difficult to stand, so I do recommend playing with friends as a survivor when possible.

While the game is generally fun, it has a ton of glaring issues - from persistent bugs, to content releases full of bugs, to unbalanced killers and perks, to a sometimes crummy community, to a crazy word filter that won't let you type things like "because" for who knows what reason, to teabaggers.. sometimes you have to close the game to save your sanity.

Still, I recommend it. It's pretty easy to play a quick game solo as survivor or killer, and it's not too difficult to pick up on the game's mechanics. You can level different survivors and killers to keep things fresh and complete challenges if you need a goal. The game also looks okay, graphically, and has a lot of different maps to keep things interesting. It won't be too long before you're tempted into spending money on new characters for their perks, or fancy cosmetics, though.

So I've never really played an FPS seriously before this. It's extremely difficult, not only because I can't aim, but because I have no idea what the differences are between the guns and types of ammo and stuff like that. I'm slowly learning, so if you're like me, expect to be really frustrated. I know most people coming into this game have a higher skill level in FPS so it shouldn't be much of an issue for most.

The maps are absolutely beautiful. You can really see the care that went into placing every patch of grass, every rock and tree, and building, and everything is set up to make for some really interesting spots to hide, take cover, etc. The sound design is also fantastic. You can't control individual sounds, and that makes sense, because everything is balanced to prevent anyone from taking advantage of the sounds to gain an edge in combat. Sneaking around and being quiet is really important and the map is littered with sound traps to keep you on your toes and alert you to incoming competition. The hunters also look badass. There's a hunter for everyone and some great looking weapons, too. Combat is smooth, caters to different play styles, and is generally bug-free. The zombies add a PvE element that spices up the PvP.

I can't say anything bad really, except that the game is damn difficult, lol. 10/10, definitely worth the price.

Out of the 3 "We Were Here" series games out so far, this is by far the best. The puzzles are med-hard difficulty, the overall vibe is a little creepy, and it looks the best graphically. I got 7 hours out of this and it was ~$26 for two people to play. I think it was worth it, overall. The story is still weird (same for the previous 2 games), but it sets up for a 4th game in the series, so I'm excited to see it continued.

Warning: You might hate your friend after playing this with them.

This game is fun, like the first one, with medium difficulty puzzles and a wack story that doesn't make much sense. Still good graphically. The main issue is the price. The game is short, and for two people to play it's a total of $20! That's pretty expensive, so I'd wait for a sale, or skip this one and go to the 3rd installment which is way more worth the price. 5/10.

This game is the first in the "We Were Here" series. It's really short (~an hour or so), but fun to play with a friend, and free, so it's worth it. The puzzles are medium difficulty, imo - not too easy, but not rip-you-hair-out difficult. The story is pretty wack and doesn't make much sense but that's okay. Graphically the game looks pretty good. Reminds me of a dark Spyro the Dragon or WoW. 8/10 (I'd give it a 7 for gameplay but it's free, so...)

If you took the dungeons out of an MMO and added action combat, this is the game you'd get. There's lots of loot, tons of enemies, some bosses, and different player classes. The game runs extremely well and the devs have released some major content for free, including a new game mode, tons of new maps (which you can play from different starting points, which really keeps them fresh), and new consumables to mix into your gameplay. It's also graphically amazing and runs on my extremely old card without trying to kill it. Like in any good MMO, if you like alts, there are plenty of alt characters and classes to level up and play. There are also different weapons and talents to try out, some cosmetics that you can earn and/or pay for, and daily/weekly challenges to complete. The game might get a bit stale if you run all of the maps and max out your gear, but unlike an MMO, there's no subscription fee, so feel free to pick it up after some time away or after an update.

10/10.
