bbest game, would love a mobile port

10/10 For remote play purposes, and generally one of the only turn based games ive truly enjoyed

Honestly a Fantastic game. Just sad its not longer but its so refreshing to take a break and play a game that really feels like a 64 game.

while the concept is beautiful and the first few levels are great it feels cheaper as you get further into the game. Most of the enemy types up front are not bad, have pretty straight forward rules, and are generally well placed in a game with such a heavy emphasis on speedrunning. The further in you get the less the becomes true. The second boss fight was beyond gimmicky and the crawlers are basically just hope you dash in time while also getting close enogh to trigger explosion. I would love to see this game fine tuned, little things like the way momentum randomly dies, you occasionally dont stick to the wall runs, etc.

Fun? yes for a bit
Well put together story? Absolutely
Smooth gameplay? not really
