Despite all the jank it still has, STO is still one of the best MMO's out there right now, and is definitely the best modern Star Trek game experience.

To be honest, I liked the game when it came out. It was a nice little exploration game, but the lack of content eventually bored me. Seeing how far it's come now, I can honestly say it's a great game. The flight controls are so much more fun, it actually has multiplayer now, there's a storyline... I could go on and on, but in the end all I'm saying is that if you love space exploration games as much as I do, this game is totally worth it.

Let me preface this by saying I do not like to play horror games. At all. I freak the hell out. Not sure why I decided to play this, but it was definately worth it. The game starts off slow, without too many jump scares, but then you get stalked throughout the rest of the game by monsters. Try it out, it's worth it. And that's coming from me.

It's fun to build stations and ships, but it might take a while to understand all the systems.
