With total of 331.8 hours by the time I wrote this, this is my honest Review.

The gameplay is pretty much simple. You can chose where you want to start:
1. 5 man with no skills
2. travelling merchant
3. solo no skill player
4. even rock bottom
Chose your races from Human, Scorch Human, Calcium Overdose-Man, Stickman, or Robot that everyone hates. You can recruit other NPC to join your faction, mining, farming, or even build your own town. Also, you can do some illegal things. ( Drugs smuggling, slave trade, thieving, becoming hitman ) You set your own rules and goals.
But those simple ideas are crushed by every faction hope and dreams. Here's some examples:

The Holy Nation

Bunch of chads. Only Male humans can go to their territory, safely. They hate drugs & technology. Don't forget your bible when they knock your door.

United Cities

The Largest faction. Currently in war with HN. But other races can live in their territory but unfair . Their economy are based on slavery.

Shek Kingdom

Bunch of mammals with bones. Strong, loyal, & combatant. Good allies if you want to destroy HN.

Black Dragon Ninjas

Weebs. Have a nice spithost. Always visiting your base and taking your bread.

and many others that you have to discover it yourself.
You could explore the world. The world map itself is big and contained a lot of ruin and cities.
Micro-management is real thing in combat. Pause the game, set your strategy, etc.
This games comes with workshop too. So you can mod everything in this game. Definitely should subscribe to some workshops.
The game also keep track of everything in the map. Sometimes the game would popped out LOADING when you traveling far. Especially when you have a big base.
Sometimes lag can become an issue. It really challenge your patience.
It can be buggy in certain condition,but usually mods can fix it and broke it.
