Pros:
- I got my horny ship captain a robot girlfriend after 3 games.
- I adopted a full-grown adult baby tank who I would protect with my life.
- I got a squad-mate who could turn invisible and used that to watch hunky men do sit-ups.
- I got flirted HEAVILY with by an absolute TEASE

Cons:
- Only got to sleep with my blue alien girlfriend in 2 of the games :(

On a serious note:
One of the best stories I've ever played. The characters and your squad are the best developed bunch of characters in any game I've ever come across. I genuinely felt like I was living my life with them. Talk to them every chance you get, do every missions with them you get, and you'll get some of the most camaraderie experiences ever.
At various points certain people may die, at others someone has to die. But at each point it felt like a personal loss. How they died was so true and touching to their characters. Every member is so pure and true to the very end.

ME1 brought in a story that was twisting and turning, learning new things at every point. It also provided an immensely rich universe to explore and understand.

ME2 starts off wild and keeps it going throughout. Here you really get an opportunity to bond with people and discover more about this universe and it's rewarding at every point.

ME3 has some of the most lore expanding and incredible DLC out there and it really ties off the whole trilogy amazingly. It does suffer from basically having to do that though and so the style of missions is a bit different. Nonetheless, the War Asset mechanic brings in ALL choices you have made in EVERY PREVIOUS GAME and tries to punish you brutally for it. It really gives meaning to choices you thought were the right ones that turn out for the worse. Sometimes you just can't escape the consequences but it really keeps you attached to what is going on.

If you are a fan of lore-rich games with fantastic stories, then look no further.

The first act starts off slow but does quikly get into things and is really quite enjoyable with a lot of good puzles and a great twist!
The second act continues this good trend for most of the game until the end section where the puzzles become a bit too laborious or just plain impossible without trial and error, mainly due to not being at all obvious. It's still enjoyable and this frustration only accounts for a small proportion of the game.
The ending is fairly good, albeit a bit abrupt, and you should overall like this fairly simple 10 hour long game that Iwould defintely recommend.

This is what a £40 game is suposed to be. 40+ hours for the main story alone, 100+ for all of the side quests and extras and then add another 100+ for the expansions all totalling in at £60 if you bought it new. Other games charge that much for a 10 hour experience that doesn't have such an amazing story or graphics as this one.
Ignore everyone saying the controls are clunky, they're just terrible at games. Simply put: YOU WILL ENJOY THIS GAME. GET THE GOTY EDITION NOW. You may not see sunlight or your family for a week or two but hey, what's better?
(I would recommend getting the first two too, they're amazing as well)
