It's a great survival game, PvP is optional. Some problems with the length of the seasons, but besides that and cosmetic/battle pass stuff they're planning to fix soon it's not bad.

This game is more frustrating for me than Elden Ring; granted I'm new to the game. But even getting bent over backwards, it's a very well made PvP dungeon crawler.

It's fun for a bit, but a ton of trolls. Three games back to back where you've got deer communicating with the hunter, standing on two legs and chasing you down to show him where you're hiding.

Very well made PvE game. Bugs remind me of the old-school Halo 3 flood missions on the upper difficulties. Besides some players shooting your turrets because they can't position, or them dropping the larger bomb stratagems with no coordination/intentionally at the end drop ship sometimes it's been nothing but a blast. But those are player-base issues, can't fault the game for terribad teammates.

I picked this up pack, along with the whole Wisp Prime bundle. They were worth it. The new DLC they launched for the heirloom gear is just a greedy money grab. I'm not bothering, I wouldn't recommend you do either with how little you get on that bundle.

Game is simply a masterpiece.

Great game, only complaint is I would love to opt out of vehicle play completely. I don't play engineer, so having helicopters every match flying around gunning people down with no one looking at them just gets old. That and people vote for vehicles every match. Thirty something matches, I think I've had just one match without them. You get no personal vote for what type of game you're looking to play in. Stuck at the whim of the masses, and that remains consistent and therefore in 13 hours I got 1 match of the gameplay I enjoy.

Very interesting game-play, only my first hour in however. Would definitely recommend looking into it so far.

Unique experience, well done travel time (doesn't feel like years to get stuff done even though it's allot of traveling), loot system is rewarding for your time put into your treasure hunts.
Very much recommend playing with one or two friends, but I have done solo a bit and have managed just fine. A bit slower, more work involved.
TTK feels balanced, most are easy to kill in both pvp/pve, however pve does have some health sponges on the bosses/strong mobs.
Recommend collecting materials and stocking up before leaving the docks, takes some time but you won't be hurt for cannonballs, wood, and food. All important should you get attacked mid-journey.

Two hours in... Let me say, great game so far. But holy hell if it isn't frustrating beyond belief. Wall jumping mechanics are killing me, and I didn't even realize until I got to the point where you get Raider Run achievement, died 66 times (I'm not joking... I have 72 deaths in this game now, 6 were from playing up until that point...) because wall jumping between walls keeps making me fall straight down instead of leap to where I'm attempting to go, which is a 100% death. I'll update the review and my level of frustration later.
