Pretty much the worst Prince of Persia game available on this platform. Quite a disappointment.

The gameplay was very repetitive and uninteresting.
All the new movement mechanics that get introduced are good ideas and fun at the beginning, but they lose their charm quickly due to the lack of inputs required to perform them and the creativity they are used with. The platforming in it's predecessors was more interactive, interesting, intense and had a noticeable variety.
The combat system is unique but not exactly enjoyable, and the opponents are supposed to have different strategies that are effective against them but ultimately they feel the same. On top of that there are very few enemies to begin with, which you fight multiple times to truly grasp how much variety this game has to offer... The visuals from performing combos together with Elika is the only redeeming quality one can find.
There is also next no punishment for doing something wrong in this game: when you fall or get hit you are immediately saved by Elika. This, combined with how platforming works, deprives you from any feeling of satisfaction you would have otherwise had after beating a segment. The game basically plays itself.
The overall progression system is quite the feat: It forces you to become conscious of how repetitive this game is if you weren't already. Plain platforming, plain enemy encounter, orb gathering by traversing through the same path as before, get new power and head back to the same section AGAIN to collect the remaining orbs, repeat.

There are many other problems in general so going into more detail would be too much but in short:
The story was generic and the characters pretty shallow, if written at all.
The characters' interactions are awkward and feel unnatural.
The world feels pretty fake and artificial.
There are issues that you may encounter due to high FPS.
And the list goes on...

Not everything is bad about this game though. The art is pretty good. The various areas and character models feel different and fresh. The music is also really good and probably the best among the Prince of Persia series.

In conclusion, this game will excite you on the first 5 minutes, and then for a couple more minutes for every new mechanic introduced. You are better off watching a walkthrough of it on YouTube if you absolutely have to experience it. I can assure you that it will not be much different than actually playing it.

+Puzzles and platforming that can be quite enjoyable

+Interesting combat mechanics

-Clanky controls and camera changes that will get you killed during a fight
There were many instances where I tried to run away from the enemy and the game decided that these inputs should translate to running towards the enemy.

-Bugs that can ruin gameplay.
Getting stuck inside the floor is pretty common, and it forces you to reload to a previous save. Running off an edge can cause a buggy jump with no animation. There was a part in the game where the ground was collapsing and it kept triggering this bug, making it almost impossible to proceed.

-Wall jumping is unnecessarily precise compared to every other movement mechanic in the game.
This combined with the fact that you can't choose when to save was very tiresome, since I had to do the entire platform section over and over again to get back to the wall jumping section (which also forcefully changed your camera angle mid-way to make it harder as if it being this precise wasn't enough)

-Has a cool and enjoyable way to deal with enemies, but it only works on very few types of enemies and punishes you for even trying to use it on the rest.

-Runs only in 4:3 unless you go out of your way and download things to patch it.
