Incredible storytelling, atmosphere, and voice acting. At around 4-5 hours for a playthrough, it is well-paced and doesn't overstay its welcome. Only nitpicks from me were that there is no chapter select and that some of the controls were finicky on a couple traversal sections.

I'm surprised this Metroidvania isn't more well-known or popular! The combo-combat system just feels great, especially given the variety of bosses you encounter. There are plenty of viable weapons/builds for each character that keep each run feeling fresh. The movement has a few quirks to it, but once you get used to it, it feels very responsive. The soundtrack is pretty solid too!

I enjoyed the world-building, but the slower pace of Tales of the Neonsea make it feel less like a game and more like a story (the kind that you enjoy for a hour at a time before bed). There are puzzles to break up the plot, which are very well constructed, but their difficulty swings wildly from braindead easy, to surprisingly difficult. All in all, I enjoyed my time with it, but don't think it will leave any sort of lasting impression on me.

Bullet hell + typing game = Ya, it is as hard as it sounds.
My left pinky is sore from shifting and unshifting to move (so I don't have to move my right hand to the arrow keys) and this causes quite a few typing mistakes on WASD, but you gradually get used to it.
Soundtrack is killer too.

On its own, it is a beautiful and fun game. But as a follow up to Trine 1 and 2, it is the weakest in the series:
The story feels incomplete, the introduction of 3D is hit & miss, it is significantly shorter, and the removal of level-up upgrades makes things feel more shallow.

Campaign will crash after defeating an enemy stronghold ("Error 183"). Too frustrated after replaying the same mission multiple times to jump through the hoops of an unofficial fix.

This expansion had a much less linear campaign compared the the previous installments. You can play any of the seven factions and wipe out your opponents on a Risk-like map. Attacking the strongholds of each faction, or special bonus areas of the map, will have unique scenarios similar to previous Dawn of War campaign missions. I was pretty fun!

Great expansion that introduces a new faction you can play as. I enjoyed the spit campaign and the alternate ends to each.

Not as good as Exit 8, but still a fun, short, and unsettling experience!

A+ Horror experience. There is an unsettling air of uncertainty to the events that happen, your guesswork on what happened, and even how to make it out in one piece. Typically I only play horror games around Halloween, but this had me hooked even during the summer
