Game is great but the price is just not at all fair in my opinion. If you go for all the achievements and want to complete all the quests, it'll be about 40 hours of fun. I think 35 bucks is too much for 40 hours of fun, there are games for that same price that can give you hundreds of hours playtime.

Pretty relaxing game, too bad there is some crazy steam achievements like get 100 case files done.

If you are looking for an escape room/puzzle game, you are going to be disappointed. The "puzzles" are very easy to solve. The story and art are great but that's about it. It's about 1 hour to get through the story, then if you missed achievements you might have to go back and play through it a few more times. I find it too expensive for just 1 hour of "fun", I really wish they had not advertised this as a "solve puzzles" kind of game and rather a coop adventure game of sorts.

I can see how people that have no experience with puzzle/escape room games, would think this is exciting, but if you have played games like "We were here", "Keep talking and nobody explodes", and expect this to be similar, then you are going to be very disappointed.

Get it on a sale. If you've played the original, you'll find there are some things missing, however it's still a decent game. Story is about 8 hours of fun, reason I have 22 hours is because I decided to play through it a second time on Classic difficulty for the achievement and I decided to get all the collectibles using a map I found online.

I had a c o c k chase me... Or maybe it was the mom for taking the eggs. Game is boring, anyone that left a positive review, has never played a farming sim.

Best alpha game I have ever played... They balanced everything so well. What I think they did extremely well was the food system, at first it's getting used to but it's so much better then other survival games I've played. You stop eating, you don't instantly die, you eat when you choose to eat, you get health and stamina bonus if you do.

The building system pissed me off at first but there is just a little learning curve, when you get the hang of it, it's actually quite enjoyable. I do recommend not building some big ass fancy house right of the bet though, just wait till you unlock better materials to build with.

If there was 1 thing I had to btch about, it would be the monster spawn rate. I'd much rather have them spawn less frequent but in bigger groups then what it is now. Sometimes don't even get the chance to build because there is always some random dwarf running in your base like "whatuppp I am gonna mess up your carts or throw rocks in your face", I think less frequent but bigger groups would be nice. That way it's more of a challenge and less annoying, right now it's not a challenge but just annoying. Anyways this is me just being picky, the game is amazing!

Now going to continue fighting until the Odin chooses me to join him in Valhalla.

Pros:

- Story is good
- Character movement and gunplay feel good
- about 30 hours of gameplay to finish the story, sidequests and races which is not bad

Cons:

- Repetitive
- Missing the little details Mafia 2 put in there (having to get gas, being able to repair your car where ever you are etc)
- I usually don't compare to other games but since this is part of the Mafia series, I feel like I need to compare to Mafia 2 and Mafia 2 is literally better in every aspect but graphics. I was going to try and get my 100% achievements on Mafia 3 but it just feels like to much of a chore to keep going, also it seems like they force you to buy all the dlcs to even be able to complete all achievements which is pretty sad.

Game is amazing but there is tons of hackers and don't let my hours fool you, I've played on another account too, I have over 1000 hours and kd well over average, the obvious aimbotters get banned very quickly and that's awesome but there is many hackers that don't. I get it though it's hard fighting the hackers but there is so many. Me and my friend get a hacker banned at least once every day, that's just the obvious aimbotter hobo not even hiding it, however the majority of hackers hide the fact they are hacking, they use a wallhack and pretend to be pro. It's hard to be mad at the developers because being a developer I know how hard it is but I do wish they would spend more time getting rid of hackers rather then implementing new ways to get our money, like asking 10 bucks for a freaking name change like the heck is that, that's like half of what they ask for the entire game.

Great game! Lot of toxic people though.
