👑🚗🍇 Performance review for Andarosh [The Ghost] 🎍📒💙

Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. Andarosh [The Ghost] always completes any assignment on time and to a high standard. Carries out jobs requiring the use of the hands or hand-tools well, but is not yet a master craftsman.
