Probably the best of the Souls series. Ive put alot of time into this game across multiple platforms and its a blast everytime I boot it up. Highly reccomended.

After 200 hours played I think its finally time I review this game.

I hopped on the hype train the day this game was released. Watching Twitch streams to see what it was about then said screw it and immediatly bought it and hopped into a match. So heres what I have to say about the game.

The game is a HUGE Buddy mess. But the devs do everything they can to fix it. I have never seen devs have this much communication and put as much work into giving the community what they wants then these Devs. Just get that out of the way, The game will have ALOT of Bugs and some crazy stuff may happen when trying to get into a match. Lag will also be an issue you run into sometimes. But lets move past this.

The game is amazing. Its a simple concept similar to Evolve, 4 players v 1 Killer, except in this you need to avoid the killer at all costs to activate the generator and escape (hopefully) with the other players.

Unless you want to play the killer, then your job is to hunt down each survivor and hook them with no remorse.

Each game feels different, you never know if youre going to be facing top tier players or someone that has no idea what they are doing. You will never get the same experience twice.

Buy the game if you are remotely interested in it. Its worth every penny that I paid and I would pay for it all over again.

Its like Destiny but Better.

Early Access Review: I have been playing Killing Floor 2 since Early Access launched back in April. When the game released it was a breath of fresh air coming from Killing Floor but the content was very limited. At the time I believe there were 3 maps and four perks all of which got boring rather quickly. Fast forward to today and the game has certainly made a large leap in the somewhat right direction.

Not much has changed from the original Killing Floor when it comes to KF2. The basis is still the same. Kill zeds, survive the wave, obtain dosh, purchase weapons rinse and repeat until you down the boss in the final wave. Difficulties seem to be in a good spot as well with Hard increasing the difficulty from normal at the right amount and so on until you reach Hell on Earth.

The weapon diversity is slowly raising from when the game first released and each perk has a decent amount of perk and side perk weapons to choose from for you Zed killing needs.

The zeds themselves are well designed and each of their mechanics require you to think quickly if swarmed so that you dont get grabbed, puked on, stabbed, smacked across the room or have your ear drums explode.

The cash shop as of right now is the only downfall I see to the game, I feel it was implimented to early and alot of players from what I see feel the same. That being said I would be lying if I said I havent used it.

All and all the game is worth every penny I have spent on it and can only get better with each update.

As a fighting game I do reccomend this game highly. Anyone who was a fan of Street Fighter Alpha/3rd Strike will feel right at home with Yatagarasu. But the solid local gameplay doesnt make up for the shotty online. Terrible menus and a few bugs here and there.

As of right now its nearly impossible to connect to anyone without having to portfoward, which shoudnt be the case. Its 2015 things such as port forwarding should be a non issue but it is. Yes it will be fixed soon hopefully with the implementation of GGPO but for now ill stick to a no.

Ontop of that it has some of the worst menus I have seen in a game. Navigating through them is a nightmare and youll need to pray you dont screw something up.

Aspect ratios are also a pain. There as of right now is no 16:9 aspect ratio so anyone using a monitor that wasnt made in the early 2000's will be unhappy. It typically runs at 640x480.

If youre able to play locally with some friends go right ahead.

From the brief time I have played this game it has been nothing but hackers, bugs, no content, and crappy devs. Yeah I sound a bit biased but its true. The devs are practically giving up on this title. So you want my honest opinion?

Buy H1Z1. Its 15 dollars cheaper has more content and a stronger community. As well as different game modes. Youd be wasting your time here.

First of all the game is not perfect. It has its bigs and flaws. But dont buy it expecting to have a top notch Multiplayer FPS game. Go into the game making fun of it because the game makes fun of itself.

If youre a fan of wave based defense games and class based co-op (Think Killing Floor and Borderlands had a baby... and it hatched from a dinosaur egg) then this game at 99 cents is a steal. The community isnt huge but youll always find a few players online. All the game modes arent being utilized due to the small but dedicated player base but you can always set up a game and wait for people to join.

Can get boring without friends or other players

Do I reccomend it? Yes.
Is it the best game ever? No, but youll have a great time playing with other people and laughing the night away
