Do I recommend this game? Why, yes! Yes, I do! It has something for every skill level and player type, from simply wanting to live out a power fantasy to quite difficult stealth missions and everything in between. (Although I think my niche of putting it on Death Wish and simply seeing how long I can survive before I fail or barely make it by the skin of my teeth and then relaxing with a cup of tea and some classical music, using every failure as a learning experience of my own, might not be for everyone.)

Would I recommend this game? ♥♥♥♥ yeah I would! Great, and I mean great time killer! While yes it's ancient and there isn't THAT much to do compared to other WWII FPS games, its really well done for its time.

Oh god its old and half broken sometimes, but trust me when I tell you its probably one of the best on the market.

So... 1000 hours... It's been 5 years on and off and... Honestly? The exact same star-eyed wonder I had for this game back when I was 12 is still there, strong as ever, whenever I boot up the game. This has been a absolutely transcendent experience, some of the best people I've met on this site were through this game and I still talk to a few of the people I met back in 2017. While other games will come and go, this game will always be the best fun I could EVER have online. The best part about this game is that it's just as goofy and/or as serious as I can be. So it doesn't matter what mood I'm in, I can find a game or server and get right into it. Also, the fact that you can see yourself progressively get better with every match you play is exhilarating. (Speaking from someone who has probably put over 400 of those 1000 hours into pyro.) I'll leave the original review here below, see you at 2000 hours. ;)

I have over 5̶0̶0̶ 6̶0̶0̶ 7̶0̶0̶ ̶8̶0̶0̶ ̶9̶0̶0̶ 1000 hours in this game and I CANNOT recommend this enough. It is possibly the best F2P game on the steam market. Don't believe me? Then download it and play it for at least a week. After that, you can thank me. Cheers, mate.
