Really fun game. Great gameplay design, every kill feels satisfying and rewarded, and when you die it's usually your fault. Skill ceiling is *really* high, no one has truly mastered the game yet. You only improve (if you put in the time and effort).However the community is extremely toxic, to the point where Valve has had to implement a Trust Factor system to make trustworthy players queue with other trustworthy players. Cheaters are plentiful but they're usually at the lower end of the Trust Factor. However some players are nice. My fondest memories of this game is when me and my friends got together and started playing it. Every match was a tense and gratifying experience. Since then I've been playing it on and off for about 2 years now, but I keep wanting to improve. It's highly addicting. It's extremely well made and Valve keeps updating the game with new content regularly.

With the bots gone for the foreseeable future, Team Fortress 2 has now, after almost half a decade, finally reclaimed it's spot as the greatest class-based shooter of all time.
