After 1.5k hours, let me tell you what this game is:

1. A solid fighting game that is easy to learn but hard to master.
2. Feels very satisfying whenever you win (just like any other game)
3. Low community population compared to other game genres but one of the biggest fighting game population.
4. Patches or DLC's requires payment and they only come once a year split up in small quantities.
5. Character customization options are below average.
6. High queue times due to low population no matter what rank or system you play in. It can be as high as 15 to 30 minutes and as low as 2-3 minutes on peak hours.
7. Lots of salty kids will go to your profile and comment salty things which makes it more entertaining.
8. Balance updates rarely comes and if they do, they take a long time due to lower budget compared to other games.
9. Rage quitters are not punished enough. If you quit multiple matches, you will only get a loss and not be imposed a time penalty but if you're ok with that then it's perfect for you.
10. Less than 10 DLC characters has been released after 4 years since it has been released which gives you a clue on how seldom this game gets an update.
11. Salty keyboard warriors will try to add you and flame you. Accept friend request at your own risk.
12. If you'd like a game with minimal content updates throughout the year then this game is perfect for you. But if you're that gamer who likes constant content updates, it's best to avoid this game entirely.

This game almost gave me a heart attack haha. I recommend this to anyone who likes playing horror games.

I bought this game on sale for 2 euros, I thought this game was just a boring shooter but I was wrong, It's one of the best shooters I've played so far. The game feels like a war simulator, people dies in 1 to 2 shots, no revives and realistic scopes. This game is even better than COD if youre looking for a shooter that's very realistic.

Been playing this for years and it's still good and addicting. Dota keeps getting better and better.
