After a lot of back and forth with steam support, my account was used by another person, on further investigation my email itself was compromised and the autosaved passwords lead to my steam account getting used without me knowing.
I was sent a game clip of my account being used to spinbot in ranked games, the ban was assumed to be VPN related as that is all ive used besides the game client but now its clear that wasn't the reason.
We are responsible for our own security, valve will not assist in this matter, this is why valve has the mobile authentication method and it is my fault for not setting it up.

My account is secured, my email is secured, I am requesting a pardon from valve but will likely not see one as their official policy is our security is our own responsibility.

I'll still be playing other games but honestly Counter-strike was getting tiring, if the ban is lifted I may play on occasion but I have no intention of making a new account to play again.
