"Don't we already have human rights which are supposed to cover everything?"

Considering that trans people are treated like mentally ill garbage, no, we don't even have human rights. Also, some "rights" are not right at all such as "right to education" which says that all humans must be tortured with compulsory education.

And of course, human rights ignore rights of transspecies people and animals.
