I cannot recommend this engine in good faith. Their official social media, discord and github is filled with political activism. This engine is less about developing and more about pushing agenda. I kid you not, you get banned for asking a question that starts with "hey guys, I..." simply because you said the word "guys" and this apparently is not gender neutral enough for them.

As a dev, you will get blocked and lose key access to important places, which in turn can damage your game development progress. You must be very careful about what you say. You need to walk on eggshells. I cannot recommend this. It simply isn't fun and enjoyable.

if you liked CK2 then you will like CK3 as well. its more polished, better UI, graphics and so on. as of right now it has less content than CK2. but as we all know, this will change in the future like with every paradox game.

game ranges from ok to good at times so far. would recommend if it wasnt for the terrible port. for now i simply cant recommend it for people with its current state. not even if it was 10 bucks. so you better wait for tons of patches and for a sale.
i might change my review once everything is fixed.
also every time you start the game you are FORCED to watch a 5 min opening. UNSKIPPABLE. every. single. time. really? unskippable intros in 2020?

edit: fixed by pressing alt + f4 and then clicking on "no" on the popup window. thanks to guy in the comment section for letting me know.

very good with mods

AMAZING and well worth it

when i played this the first time, i actually disliked this a little. i thought its a huge step down for clymenia games.

now after playing it a second time ( about a year later ) i changed my mind. its still not on par with SOME other clymenia games, but its def one of the better games out there in general.

i would give it a 8/10. def worth buying.
