Neat game to play as a way of killing time.

The soundtrack is like 80% of the reason why I bought this game. Gameplay is a little jank but it's fun for a Sonic game.

The story is pretty great. Gameplay is serviceable, it's not bad by any means but nothing to really right home about, it's fine. The music is absolutely banging, not a single bad track I've heard while playing through the game.

As far as optimization goes though, kind of a hit or miss tbh.
I'm running with a Ryzen 5 2600, 16 GB of DDR4 RAM, GeForce RTX 3060 and specifically in more crowded areas of NC it either stays barely at or dips below 30, it otherwise runs fine, the main culprit in my case is the CPU, if you don't have something that's stronger than that and absolutely NEED at or above 60fps, I suggest getting an upgrade first. I suggest getting the potato mod if things are desperate.
