Not only is this a terrible port requiring innumerous patches to make work, the game in general is a steaming pile of goats. The worst American SH game, but that's like comparing poop to slightly less smelly poop considering the low bar of quality shovelled out since SH3. Avoid falling into the trap of thinking maybe I was too harsh on it last time I played and just look at this steam page as something of a relic of a time gone by.
Even if Silent Hill continued past Book of Memories would it really have been worth it? Or would it have just been crap forever and a day later? I really miss Team Silent.... :(

It was even worse than the first Homefront, and that was as mediocre as shooters come.

I like this game, I also like the DakDak.

Game was great, definitely worth playing if you like Visual Novels.
Oh AND don't look anything up about it, go in blind.
It's worth it.

I enjoyed this game a lot on an alternate account with friends for a long time (probably 120-200 hours as I recall) and while I did enjoy my time with it, the devs have made too many changes that I just cannot get behind...
Instead of fixing their game, they've just decided to pull the plug on it. Which is sad to hear.
Goodbye First Assault Online, kinda enjoyed ya while it lasted.
I do hope to see something like this done again for GITS, just not this in it's core.

My friends are going to loathe me for this review but I'll give my two cents anyway.
I personally enjoy this game, it isn't something I would usually say about Call of Duty but I liked this.
The Campaign is a horse's arse, it's bad and that's sad to say because 1 and 2 were quite good IMO, it's as if Treyarch put absolutely no effort into it this time around.
Multiplayer is where the majority of my hours are in this, it's mindless shooting fun and there is no strategy involved, it's good for a cool down after getting destroyed in something smarter :Overwatch for example:
And Zombies is Zombies, not much to say honestly.
Only buy this game if you are looking for mindless action, because sadly there is no strategy to this game at all.
I will thank you Treyarch for at least giving me my first CoD game to put over 100 hours into, but this will be the last, it only goes even further downhill from here.

Don't mind my time, I have 10-20 hours offline.

I love this game, been ancitipating this for years.
And apart from the grueling 20gig I had to deal with on Launch day, this game has given me 30 or so hours of pure pleasure.
I love it, love everything about it.
