1) 1L milk
2) 2teaspoons vanillaextract
3) 100g sugar
4) 4 egg yolks
5) 50g starch

a) 1)+2) in a pot, medium heat
b) 3)+4)+5) together with 3 medium spoons of whe hot milk from the pot, mix it so i'ts creamy and doen't have any clumps
c) put the pot off the heat, mix it together with what what you got from 2) and mix it up for some time

put the pudding in a seperate bowl and put cling film on top of it
in case you don't want skin on your pudding, press the film directly onto the pudding
cool it and enjoy
