I am a 19 year old man and I am a late bloomer, physically weak, low confidence, have the maturity level of a 14 yr old and I am really pessimistic about how my future will go, especially for when it comes to my social life.
Literally all I do is wake up, school, work, game, sleep and repeat
idk what to do to fix this or where to start. At this point I feel like that ship has sailed a long time ago. Its probably too late
