This game had such a disaster release I'm genuinely surprised it lasted. Patch 1.52 should've seriously been the official release of this game, it made the game what it inevitably should've been from the start.

I'll divide this review for a little more organization. And rather then go into details try and make brief.

Gameplay 6.5/10
Overall its all over the place. Combat is wacky but fun, the skill and level progression is pretty good with a ton of options, weapons are also really all over the place when it comes to balance, crafting is pretty useless until you get to a higher level, outfits and armor seem to try and be straight forward but in the same boat as the weapons. Cyberware and body enhancements from ripperdocs are something I felt was really one-sided. Overly expensive stuff that does barely anything to change the gameplay to stupidly overpowered stuff like Gorilla Arms or Mantis Arms, this is where the (make or break) gameplay comes in. All that aside I do think there are some really fun areas regardless of how broken some mechanics might be. Going around with Gorilla Arms and literally 2 shoting people is pretty hilarious. You also have the Katana's which literally seems like enemies have no counterplay against if you get the right skill trees and such unless of course theres a ton of enemies in one place. Once again going back to the balancing issues with this game. But I'd assume on higher difficultly more things do infact balance out and make things more interesting so I wont subtract a point for that.

Lastly the character creation is really in depth but has weird areas in which the depth is just not needed (You probably know what im talking about). That being said the character customization is pretty insane and the best thing about it is you can change your appearance anytime mid gameplay.

Graphics 8/10
The graphics are really good and having higher PC specs makes the game look and feel amazing. The biggest problem I have with the graphics is how poorly it runs on mid to high end systems. I drop frames in what seems to be the most random areas. And i spent a long time adjusting the graphics settings to make it run smoothly while at the same time looking decent. Really in conclusion the biggest downfall here is the optimization. Which is why i removed 2 points here.

Story 10/10
This is seriously one of the biggest turn around about this game. I honestly wasn't expecting much from the story, but I was mistaken big time. It starts off relatively slow from the first Act but then quickly turns into the type of story you want to know what happens next. From emotional to sad, the story and characters have a lot of depth to them and the more you play side quest the better the ending is for most. Most characters have depth and playing their side quests you get know more about them. Overall without spoilers said here the story is really great and especially the multiple endings that are either really heartbreaking too really sad no matter which one you choose. 3 endings leave you wanting to know what happens next, but ends it perfectly in my opinion. The story overall is really depressing especially some of the side quest which are pretty brutal. But all this is what makes this game have a really compelling story, you feel for the characters and even V by the end of it no matter which ending you get but again some endings are way more depressing then the others.

Overall Rating 7/10
While the game had a lot of upsides the game is still not without its flaws. Patch 1.5 really fixes a lot of issues but still the game seems to present issues. Bugs still exist and while they are not game breaking anymore most of them just ruin immersion if encountered. Which again these bugs are rare and on my 2 runs I didnt encounter many of these rather then just simple bugs like long waits for the next scene and such. The overall rating also reflects the downsides of the gameplay which was explained. In conclusion the game exceeded my exceptions with some downsides and the 7/10 rating I think is justified. I really wanted to give it an 8 but the game still needs polishing and lacks some important features which just are not present. I am hoping DLC and the missing features come later down the line as this is a game with a ton of potential but little effort given to it. My recommendation in its current state is pretty much: Buy it or wait longer. The game in its current state is balanced enough for you to enjoy without problems, though seems like CDPR has been in the dark for a while now. Which hopefully something big is coming for the game.

I kind of tip toed into buying this, but after playing through it pretty much exceeded my expectations. Its a solid story rich game with very decent graphics. There isnt much to take home with the gameplay but that's expected since I do not believe it was supposed to be focused on that in the first place considering the aspect of this game in general.

Overall a solid 9/10.

Just when I thought I couldn't hate the ocean more after playing the first game.

This game is really short but surprisingly very good. It's somewhat scary. and the story is a little bit unexpected.

Why the hell do I keep buying these games?

The name of this game alone speaks for itself. Need I say more?

I've wanted this game since it came out on PS4 back in 2017. At the time it didn't seem like it was worth buying a console over it especially when i owned a PC and an xbox one. Then I recently heard this title was getting a steam release and was ecstatic.

This game hands down exceeded my exceptions from some of the short gameplays I watched on it when it originally released. Between the incredible story, the gameplay, the visuals and especially the character development. Everything about this game was amazing, and literally made me hyped for the sequel coming later this year. I am actually considering getting a PS5 not just for this sequel but for a few other titles, now that I longer own or need an Xbox thanks to Microsoft releasing most of their console exclusives to Windows 10.

Overall this game was a solid 11/10. Legit Witcher 3 status good imo (Not comparing the two).

All the hate for this game is really surprisingly to me. Like god forbid they give Master Chief and Cortana more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ depth either then just scattered quotes across the other games to hint at the relationship between Cortana and Chief seriously I don't get the complaints about the story here. Cortana was literally the main focus in this story. I think this story is pretty emotional simply because of the relationship Chief had with Cortana from the start (Back in the other Halo Games), hence is what gave this story in particular depth. Halo 4 is the hefty conclusion to Cortana and Masterchief's relationship (Halo 5 didnt happen).

Overall verdicts:
Campaign: Def a 9/10, it would have a gotten a 10 if the story for the forrunners and the Diadact wasn't so rushed.
Multiplayer: 6/10, Average at best the load-outs system pissed me off
Spartan Ops: 4/10, Feels like a feeble attempt at Firefight but with story aspects. Boring really

Best space simulation i've ever played

While the game in it of itself isn't all that. The zombies is why i bought this in the first place. Especially Zombie Chronicles.
