The graphics are on par with today's racing sims. The physics are very realistic if you have the settings right. The DLC is not unobtainable and during a steam sale is well worth it. Beyond that there is the immense amount of free mods availabe for the game.

A racing sim ideally played on a racing wheel. There are infinite settings to dial a wheel in the way you want.
