every dlc boss fight has crazy fps dips, fluctuations and outright freezes on a 4090. Well done.

Looks ten years old, copies a lot from forza horizon, and doesn't innovate in any way. This is what ubisoft does now, they have not matched the level of quality expected from the current gaming market. Look at their upcoming and released games in the 2020s alone: XDefiant, Skull and Bones, Rainbow Six Extraction, Far Cry 6 - these games really paint a picture of the current state of ubisoft.
