Mount and Blade: Warband. The game that could be a mod for some of the mods that are for it. That is all I have to say. Seriously. It is like the mod sprouted games.

OVERVIEW:
Spore is a game based around progression and growth from the Cell stage all the way to the Space age. You start out as a cell, fighting for your life and eating microscopic rocks and meats. After some swimming, you sprout legs and start a nest. From here the real fun begins. You can both make peace and gain DNA this way (which I have yet to try) or make a person who is made for fighting and strike fear into the eyes of everyone who comes in your way. Or you know, try to.... From here you continue progressing, go to a new stage blah blah blah. THEN BOOM. SPACE. The real fun begins. Moving from planet to planet you storm the galaxy conquering everyone in your way. You continue this until you have made everyone extinct or made everyone your allies by dancing, singing and posing... yeah... that's not a joke. You make friends by perfectly mimicking their actions which always fall in those three choices. No talking or anything. That's all that the game has to offer but there are multiple possible ways to win and SOOOOOO many different choices for making your characters that if you get bored of this game before having at least 50 or so hours on it, you might be brain dead, maybe.

SERIOUS SIDE:
The game does not take itself seriously. At all. It does have serious sides though, as any game would. A lot of the mechanics require thought and making allies and enemies is an absurdly strategic thing as you want to make friends with people who are strong to maybe help you pick on the small guys but if you can't do it successfully they might turn on you. It takes skill to play even though it does have a lot of humor in it.

COMICAL SIDE:
Spore has to be one of the best games when it comes to knowing that it isn't taking itself seriously. And I love that. No, I ADORE THAT. Its character creator is sure to get laughs out of you and you cannot find one play through of it where something stupid isn't created. Try. I dare you. You can't do it. Watch the trailer for the game. IT IS SO FUNNY AND IT KNOWS IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE.

PROS:
COMPLETELY customizable creatures
Progression that feels like you actually did something instead of just taking a step to the end
Satisfying worlds and feel
Simplistic start that leads into a more complex game
Great game play physics
Good combat system and social system
You get to play god

CONS:
Sort of confusing controls
Disappointing Cell stage
STILL NO SEQUEL
DLC that is the price of the base game
DLC that only adds parts

FINAL VERDICT:
Spore is a good game for people who enjoy "sandbox" games and games where you "mimic god."
I would give the game an 8.5/10 rating and all that I would really need for a 10/10 game is a better start to be honest. The beginning sets the game up as a sort of kill or survives game as you have to kill to progress and there is no peace so to speak which, for me, was ok, but could have done with some fine tuning. It makes for a bad start that is otherwise split in the decision to be a peaceful or hostile race. It does make sense in a science standpoint but the game isn't known to be scientifically correct and can't lean on that wall. Once you pass this stage, or spend 20 minutes playing the original Agar.io, you get to have HOURS of fun. The game is wonderful and as a person who likes "god simulators" it is very fun. It needs a new form though. If there was a remake or sequel made, it would be amazing. The graphics are slightly old cough very old cough but can give it a sort of charm.

This game ROCKS. Get it.... its not funny is it.

Rock of Ages is a game based off of controlling a rock through what i would call tracks. While your rock is going down the track the other player trys to block you from making progress towards their castle door.
It is fun when playing against people but the campaign is not fun knowing that the cpu has a set pattern for defenses. The game also has 2 other modes where you try to get your rock in a goal or race your rock. The race mode is fun against the cpu but doesnt come close to the multiplayer experience. Overall i would rate this game a 7.5/10

Pros:
3 fun gamemodes
good multiplayer
quirky physics
cows are a form of defenses

Cons:
bad campaign
not much to customize your rock.

Garry's Mod is a game that puts all other sandbox games to shame. I can sit down and play this game anytime that i am bored and have fun either using add-ons to blow friends up or using props to build the most amazing cars known to man. The servers in this game almost always work. It also has a good single player.

Pros:
SOOO many add-ons
sandbox
good controls
easy to learn tools
secure servers
access to items and such from Counter Strike, Portal, and Half life 2
multiple gamemodes (with add-ons)

Cons:
it is hard for a beginner to start a server
A LOT of bugs (even a n achievement for getting 500 of them)
a lot of add-ons that dont work
multiplayer sandbox servers dont have an anti grief/plot system

Over all i would give Garry's Mod a solid 8.5/10

How to be depressed
1. download Emily is Away
2.play Emily is away
3.cry after you play Emily is Away
4.relize that you are a sissy for crying at this game

ACTUAL REVIEW:
Emily is Away is a simplistic game based on the older aol messenger kind of chat room.
In the game you spend your time talking to Emily. She is your friend and the main focus of the game. When you start the game you select the chapter and screen name. From there you get a choice of three different things to say. She responds you select she responds you select and the process continues. This may sound boring but it leads to you feeling like you did something wrong every time you select something. The only thing i dislike about the game is the fact that the game is VERY short. It takes anywhere from 30 to 60 mins to complete. I would rate the game a 4/5 and would recommend it to people who like games that dont require much skill. Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye.
