That's how addictive this game is.

It's a good little time-waster (in the good sense). Something simple after a stressful day. If you like watching numbers go up Cookie Clicker style, it has that dopamine drip down pact. Gameplay is solid and gains a surprising amount of variety. Music is actually pretty good. The progression system is actually pretty deep if you care about that sort of thing. I 100%ed it pretty quickly. Your mileage may vary. I won't spoil the ending. I'll forget about this game pretty quickly. It just barely gets a recommendation because the $3.00 (at time of writing) price tag is right for what it is. Even so, I'd just wishlist it and snag it on any kind of sale.

It's all the best parts of Minecraft, Terraria, and Stardew Valley.
Best with friends.
Solo play is less great.

To be clear, I love STRAY.
This has all the fun of being a cat, without the hypertension inducing anxiety of STRAY.
Tripping people, knocking stuff over, catching birds, climbing walls, exploring, and talking to animals. It all has that cute chibi anime feel to it that is just so cozy to play after a long day at work.
10/10 would be an absolute menace to society again.

It's like Islanders, but with trains. Very relaxing with just the right amount of puzzle challenge.

This is the most pure, raw, game-play fun I've ever had since Doom 2016. A rogue-like arena fighter in it's purest form with upgrades as you progress through the levels with increasing difficulty (which are able to be highly customized). There are weapons, perks, and cosmetics to unlock along the way, solo, or with up to three other players online. It's early access at time of writing but there is already a lot of content and a lot more on the way. This game was recommended by a friend who (at time of writing) has well over 100 hours in this game and I can see why. After only 8 I'm ready to play another 80! A real hidden gem, it's a steal at only $10!
