Unfortunately, despite being a near perfect game, Tripwire has to ruin it with one terrible feature that would be a nitpick in nearly every other game. The Health penalty for losing objectives is 25%. You lose a quarter of your current health every time you lose an objective. I cannot tell you how many times the AI has kicked me into a wall and FORCED me to lose (at no fault of my own), Mario Kart style. Keep in mind, you might be in first for over 80% of the track, but as soon as the AI decides to step up its game, you'll be faced with the most mind bogglingly frustrating screens ever, "OBJECTIVE FAILED!! -25% HEALTH"

The YOU DIED screen in Dark Souls was humiliating but only the worst and most primitive games in the Souls series took away more than a few percentages of your maximum health at any time. What's worse, I HAVE NEVER seen any item in the shop that I could purchase that would replenish said lost Max HP. What a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

The rest of the game is perfect and I hope more people play it when the Roguelike elements have been properly polished. At least they acknowledge that this is still beta. So there may be hope yet.

Awkwardly pretentious. A metaphor for getting friendzoned and being afraid of school from an entitled rich kid who paints himself as someone who cant get his ♥♥♥♥ together. Total walking simulator with no real story. The metaphors amount to nothing interesting. Plays like a tech demo for a final project in school. Thank the Lord this is free

A lot of people simply don't know how to play or think they're gods for playing in lower ranks. Nothing but elitism. Really fun when you get good enough to become an elitist, though. Learning curve is a bit much for newcomers since people are using 15+ year old techniques to erase you, the scrub that's been playing for less than a hundred hours. Lots of fun but be warned, it's as unforgiving as its high-schooler ridden community

You run around blasting hundreds of dudes in a war of attrition for hours on end. Resources dwindle, air strikes destroy huge rushing pushes, heroes are made and brutally murdered. If this isn't Game of the Year, I'm uninstalling steam.

8.2/10, it's good but the AI on the player's team never ever pushes up ever.
