Good game, but has crashed twice on me so far. I'll give it a month and come back when it's in a better state.

Amazing game. It took 16 years to create from start to finish, and it absolutely shows. $20 for 16 years of development is worth it, and I don't care how you add it up if you don't think this game is worth every dollar. You are wrong.
It's really well polished, and a great way to get into Half-Life.
They also completely remade the final levels, and it's amazing. The team had pretty much unlimited creative control in these levels compared to the rest of the game, because of it being a remake they have to stick to the script pretty closely.
Sometimes you catch a lip and have trouble walking, but that isn't the developers fault it's source being an 18 year old engine.

If video games cause violence, then god knows how many fatal car crashes this game is responsible for.

Raytracing is a complete meme, take Sonic Ether's shaders for Minecraft for example, and compare it to this. Games clearly don't need raytracing to have nice shadows or be pretty.

Cool tech demo if your into blurry slideshows I guess. It's a cool technology, don't get me wrong, but I think it's better left to Hollywood for now I think.
