2000小时8个传家宝的账号被莫名其妙永久封禁，申诉3次均无结果，现在的通行证还改成这样....太令我们玩家失望了^^
I have played Apex Legends for 2000 hours and have 8 Heirlooms on my account, but it was inexplicably permanently banned. I have appealed three times with no result. Now, with the changes to the Battle Pass, it is really disappointing for players.
