I’ve been using Aimlab for the past few months and from my experience i can say that aimlab improves your reflex,aim,timing,etc... there are lots of other challanges you can do in free time and also it is free of cost on steam . I use Aimlab for warmingup before i play Valorant and i have seen improvements in my aim and also it tells us our strengths and weaknesses. you should train yourself for 10-15 min before playing any FPS game <3
