Perfect if you mute the in-game music and play a more relaxing OST in the background. Stardew valley, Oblivion, Rayman 2, Viva Pinata OSTs are among some of the best Project Zomboid soundtracks out there.

I really wanted to love Undisputed being a huge boxing fan myself, but this game is NOT a realistic depiction of boxing like it claims to be. There's absolutely no room to express yourself outside of the narrow lane of counter punches the devs have designed as the only effective way to win a fight in under half an hour. Slugging it out, going for broke, or looking for power punches, are not viable ways to fight in Undisputed. They are, however, viable ways to fight in actual boxing. Not every boxer is a boxer-counterpuncher, which is what Undisputed forces you to be. I have had 12 round fights in this game where I am throwing upwards of 1000 punches as a heavyweight, jabbing and hooking my opponent's head off for him to stand there and shrug it off like a small child just slapped him until his "head health" is low enough to score a knockdown. I don't feel I should have to explain why this is unrealistic and anti-fun.

I also can't recommend this game right now because of the frequency and sheer size of the updates. My internet connection has been getting beasted by the devs at Steel City Interactive, who can't roll out a few fighter changes with a patch smaller than several gigabytes at a time. Just today I opened steam to find I have a 17GB update. This game updates between 3-20GB every 2-3 days right now and it just plainly sucks having to download everything, especially as I live in a very rural location and have a pretty basic internet connection. I wish I had waited for this game a little longer, or avoided it all together.

INSANE game. WOW what an experience I have had... firstly of all let me say this... the combat is unprecedented and unlike any other video game ever developed period. finally let me say the immersion and depth of npcs is just... unbelievable... i mean really jawdropping stuff. overall this is my favourite game that i play and i hope to see that more people will realise this. thirdly the weapon and armor design is SO GOOD :) you really feel like you are right there wearing the hoods and capes like a real hero. thank you j r r tolkien

If you want to role-play a survival situation and have fun building your base and socializing with other plays, find a low pop server. Possibly even a server which forbids KOS (but still allows raiding and killing when contesting for loot, this would be ideal).

If you want a PVP experience, play a regular server with 20+ people. This is what the core of the game has become, and probably makes up 90% of all servers on rust. I personally don't get much enjoyment out of the near full-time grind and continual death that PVP rust puts you through, nor did I really enjoy my time in a 10+ man group on a high population server, though I can see the appeal in that kind of regimented gameplay for other players.

Rust can and will become a chore if you start to enjoy it, this is something lots of people have discussed, but to Facepunch's credit they seem to listen to community feedback and try to minimize this aspect of the game.

If you want comfy survival, role-playing, trade, socialising with others, reasoned hostility (i.e. not just KOS, attacking someone because of some beef, which is way more fun), then my advice would be to play servers with between 10-20 people with a strict solo limit. This can get a little boring though as Facepunch have seemed to have put less emphasis on the survival aspects of the game. It becomes very easy to not worry about food or water, the most pressing issue is farming materials for base upkeep, which means *lots* of time of clicking rocks and trees. lots.

If you want PVP and repeatedly getting bombed, raided, shotgunned, speared, hunted as a naked by full gear zergs, etc. etc., then Rust is for you.
