Apart from the fact that like Scotland, NI can leave anytime by calling an election and winning just like Brexit, yes it does belong to Ireland. However, the USA also belongs to the Native Americans, most of Africa belongs to natives, the whole amazon to natives, Australia to the natives, ect ect. Don't get me started on Greenland, it is it's own country in game but in real life it isn't.
Taiwan doesn't have that pleasure that NI has, where it can ask it'spopulation "Can we leave?" and if they the majority goes yes and the MPs for the current leading Party in the House of Commons also agree with their party they can leave. Can Taiwan do that?

What is your motive here? Obviously you tried a "Gotcha!" but why?
